Non-Comprehensive AMC

- Inspections render breakdown maintenance and monthly preventive maintenance during normal working hours to the equipment.
- Service calls in a month with a Response time of 24 hours during normal business working hours if a call is placed before 10 AM else by next working day.
- If the valued client is finding difficulty in the viewing of live and recorded images and controlling of all cameras by the authorized users present in the LAN and internet the same shall be supported by the service engineer of the company within the same working day.
- If in the middle of the contract period, if any of the parties is not satisfied due to some valid reason, they can terminate the contract after giving one month prior notice in writing and the balance charges, if applicable - will be refunded to the Customer by the Service Contractor at depending on the reason provided by the customer.
